From Milan
1. Motorway A1 "Milano - Parma"
2. Motorway A15 (La Cisa) "Parma - La Spezia"
3. Motorway A12 "La Spezia - Rosignano M.mo"
4. After the motorway exit take the SS1 towards Grosseto - Roma.
5. Take the "Cecina Centro" exit
6. From here take the right towards Montescudaio.
7. Following the road you will pass under a bridge and after you will find on your left an entrance for SS1 road; go further and after a few metres take the first on the right which will lead you to the area called "Fiorino"
8. Go along that road and untill you reach the Hill where "Villa Lavinia" is.
From Bologna - Florence
1. Motorway A1 Bologna towards Florence(Firenze)
2. From Florence take the A11 "Firenze-Mare" towards Pisa.
3. At Pisa you have to take the motorway A12 towards Rosignano M.mo.
4. After the tollbooth take the SS1 towards Grosseto - Roma.
5. Exit: "Cecina Centro"
6. Drive then towards Montescudaio.
7. Follow the road and after the flyover of the highway, you will find again on your left hand side the entrance of the highway (towards Livorno). Continue on the road and after a few metres you should turn right, continuing up the hill until reaching Villa Lavinia on the left-hand side.
From Genoa
1. Motorway A12 "Genova - Rosignano M.mo"
2. After the tollbooth take the SS1 towards Grosseto - Roma.
3. Exit: "Cecina Centro"
4. Drive then towards Montescudaio.
5. Follow the road and after the flyover of the highway, you will find again on your left hand side the entrance of the highway (towards Livorno). Continue on the road and after a few metres you should turn right, continuing up the hill until reaching Villa Lavinia on the left-hand side.
From Rome
1. Motorway A12 "Roma - Civitavecchia"
2. Freeway SS1 Aurelia towards Grosseto - Livorno.
3. Exit: "Cecina Centro"
4. From the exit turn left towards Montescudaio.
5. Cover the road; after few meters take the first road to right and enter in "Fiorino" resort.
6. Cover the road; go beyond the climb.
